I’ve worked across multiple industries like finance, healthcare, tech, education, nonprofit, and manufacturing, and my projects have ranged from small UX improvements to multi-week strategy explorations to massive platform redesigns. Yet every day comes with new challenges, learnings, surprises, and wins—for myself and for my clients.

Throughout it all, my focus remains consistent: streamlined user journeys, accessibility and inclusion for all, and a balance of customer needs with business goals. At the end of the day, that’s what I love and what drives every project, no matter the size.
