Hi, I’m Sabina Leybold.

I’m a content strategist and creative connector based in Philadelphia.

In content strategy, I’ve worked across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, tech, education, and nonprofit. My projects have ranged from small UX improvements to multi-week strategy explorations to massive platform redesigns. No matter the scope, my focus is consistent throughout: streamlined user journeys, practical yet scalable architecture, and customer needs balanced with business goals.

Content strategy is often a form of creative connection, but my practice extends beyond that. I convene people together around my dinner table, write about those gatherings and about community at large, bring soft serve fans closer to the small businesses they love, help creatives discover projects that transform their lives, and more.

I also aim to teach and inspire others in these specialties, speaking at events on digital transformation and the creative life.

A brief note on AI, since the current era warrants it: I do not use generative AI in my practice. I don’t believe in delivering or publishing AI-generated or -assisted writing or project artifacts (user journeys, content structure, information architecture, research findings) in my client work or creative projects, on this site, or in any of my correspondence. I value thinking and writing and connecting too much to outsource these acts to a machine. That said, I do believe that structured content is essential to user experience design that functions and scales—and these days, that often includes AI-powered features. My work in content modeling, taxonomy development, and UX architecture can powerfully advance AI readiness or effectiveness, and I’m happy to support projects that are implementing emerging technology thoughtfully and ethically.
